Event Manager at UNICEF

In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead the execution and enhancement of UNICEF Canada's signature events while collaborating with various teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing registration, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking performance metrics to ensure alignment with fundraising goals. Support donor cultivation and engagement efforts while creating unforgettable experiences that deepen relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage flagship events and activations

• Track registration, invoicing, and performance metrics

• Coordinate third-party suppliers and volunteers

• Update donor information in the Raiser’s Edge database

• Provide administrative support including budget tracking

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in event management or related field

• 5+ years of event planning or fundraising experience

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases

• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
