As a Proposal Editor reporting to the Proposal Manager, you will collaborate with technical writers, engineers, and project leaders to produce high-quality proposals. This role demands strong editing and communication skills, particularly in reviewing documents for clarity, grammar, and structure. A commitment to excellence and attention to detail is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit RFQs, RFPs, and corporate submissions
• Review content for clarity and compliance
• Strengthen proposal narratives and key messages
• Coordinate document readiness and final reviews
• Maintain editorial standards and style guides
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of editing or proposal development experience
• Strong command of written English, exceptional proofreading skills
• Familiarity with RFQ and RFP processes
• Willingness to travel as needed
