We are a Toronto-based print and signage company working across film and television, events, experiential projects and commercial print. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our recently established digital presence while also managing several growing e-commerce initiatives.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety. One day you may be developing an SEO-focused service page for Full Frame, the next creating content from a project happening on our production floor, managing eBay listings, or helping coordinate an upcoming company event.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Website & SEO
Manage and continually improve the SEO performance of the Full Frame Signs website
Research keywords and identify opportunities for new content
Build and optimize service and landing pages
Update existing website content and improve search visibility both online and for AI optimization
Monitor website traffic, rankings and organic lead generation
Help identify new opportunities to generate qualified inbound leads
Social Media & Content
Plan and manage Full Frame's social media presence
Create engaging content showcasing our projects, capabilities, equipment and team
Photograph and capture content from projects happening within our facility
Write social copy and coordinate posts across relevant platforms
Help grow Full Frame's presence on platforms such as Linked In and Instagram
E-Commerce
Research products and comparable market pricing
Photograph, describe, price and list products
Optimize listings for visibility and conversion
Manage offers, buyer inquiries and existing listings
Monitor inventory, sales performance and aged listings
Help maximize sell-through and profitability of resale inventory
Our e-commerce inventory ranges from collectibles to unique products acquired specifically for resale, so curiosity and an ability to research unfamiliar products are important.
Source and coordinate Full Frame branded merchandise
Assist with planning and coordinating company events and promotional initiatives
Help develop creative ways to promote the Full Frame brand both online and offline
Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
Comfortable taking ownership of projects rather than waiting for step-by-step direction
Experienced with SEO and website content
A strong writer with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing social media professionally
Familiar with e-commerce platforms; eBay experience is a strong asset
Comfortable photographing products and creating digital content
Organized and able to manage several different projects simultaneously
Naturally curious and willing to research products, industries and new marketing opportunities
Able to work collaboratively with our sales, production and management teams
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Word Press/web CMS platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, eBay Seller Hub and digital advertising platforms would be considered an asset.

Full Frame Signs is a growing Toronto print and signage company with roots in the film and television industry. Our capabilities include large-format printing, flatbed printing, digital cutting, signage, graphics, decals, displays, event production and custom fabrication.
We're a hands-on company with a large production facility and a wide variety of interesting projects coming through our doors. We're looking for someone who sees that environment as an opportunity to create great content and help us continue building the Full Frame brand.
