About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with a strong background in brand, consumer, product, or e-commerce marketing. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the marketing function, building and executing the company's marketing strategy, and managing the internal marketing team. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for driving conversion and the consumer experience, supporting customer acquisition and retention, overseeing brand and consumer marketing, bringing new products and services to market, capturing customer and consumer insights, and managing agencies and marketing performance.

Applicants should have at least five years' of experience in marketing, project management, or marketing leadership, with a preference for those who have worked in a startup or growth-stage environment. The role requires the ability to translate complex clinical or technical information into clear consumer messaging, experience in developing go-to-market strategies, and a passion for improving health outcomes through nutrition. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven recommendations.

Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's marketing efforts are aligned with its mission and values.
