Head of Marketing at Chexy

Lead Chexy's marketing revolution as the Head of Marketing in Toronto. With a focus on consumer growth, drive acquisition and retention for our fintech platform.

As the CMO at Chexy, you will shape how Canadians engage with our innovative financial tools. Report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for setting marketing strategies and budget. You'll oversee consumer acquisition, brand positioning, and lead a hands-on team without layers of management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own consumer acquisition, retention, and marketing budget

• Develop growth experiments and fast scaling strategies

• Manage brand voice post-2026 relaunch

• Execute go-to-market strategies for product launches

• Oversee activation and lifecycle strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years in consumer marketing roles

• Proven track record of growing CAC and payback

• Experience with building AI-driven marketing functions

• Strong analytical and brand judgment skills

• Background in regulated industries is a plus
