The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager position requires someone who not only understands the ins and outs of influencer marketing trends but can also tie it back to our overarching business objectives by working closely with our brand marketing, creative and product merchandising teams.

(This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Toronto, Canada. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Responsibilities

Lead and execute influencer campaigns to drive key Foot Locker brand moments and product stories.

Identify influencers and optimize the overarching influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness.

Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, agencies, and management to nurture existing relationships and expand into new demographics.

Lead creation and publishing of social media strategy and content on all platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.

Collaborate with the broader marketing team on brand campaign integration and execution to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Develop and execute social partnership opportunities such as influencer programs, organic posting, and paid placements.

Analyze and create weekly social media analytics

Lead the weekly creation of turnkey content whether through shoots, video capture, or meme creation.

Build daily, weekly, and monthly messaging plans to engage with consumers

Support live content opportunities such as at brand events or in-store content

Ensure all social content is compliant with brand

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is well-versed in managing corporate social media accounts and will exude exceptional communication, project management skills, and have a passion for sport and sneaker retail space.

Approximately 5+ years’ experience in a social media marketing at a brand or agency

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social media trends, and the influencer landscape to develop effective marketing campaigns

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment which demands high quality, creativity, and consistency

Possess the ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing priorities across organic social and influencer marketing while maintaining strong attention to detail
