In this role, you will lead internal communication initiatives that resonate with Securitas Canada's core values and mission. Your expertise will ensure that messaging aligns across Canadian markets and reflects our commitment to diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic internal communication initiatives
• Design and execute employee recognition campaigns
• Create clear, engaging content for various platforms
• Collaborate with communications teams for consistency
• Collect and share impactful success stories
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Experience with employee engagement programs preferred
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
