Working within the established brand strategy and visual identity framework, the role creates engaging and effective designs that strengthen brand awareness, support customer engagement, and advance business objectives.

Partnering closely with Customer Experience, Retention, and Marketing teams, the role translates business goals, campaign requirements, and customer insights into compelling visual communications across print, digital, and multimedia channels while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.

As Superior is in the process of securing a new office location in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), this role will initially be remote for GTA-based employees. Once the new office location is established, the position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement consistent with the company's existing flexible work practices.
