The Opportunity  We’re looking for a social-first content creator who lives and breathes beauty, food, lifestyle knows how to work a camera and understands what makes audiences stop scrolling. You’ll lead the development of lifestyle, retail and food content - playing a hands-on role in concepting, shooting, editing, and producing content across all platforms.
This role sits within our specialized social team in the Loblaw Agency, supporting all brands and banners within Loblaw. You’ll collaborate with brand, strategy and creative partners to deliver high-performing content that’s timely, thumb-stopping, and always on-brand.

Key Responsibilities   Concept, create and produce platform-native content for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and more, with a strong emphasis on  food, beauty, lifestyle and retail storytelling .
Act as both talent and producer: style, shoot, edit, and deliver social-first photo and video content featuring our products
Partner with brand teams and LA social to translate marketing priorities into social ideas that spark engagement and drive results
Collaborate with strategy, community management, copywriters, designers, and content managers to bring fully integrated content ideas to life
Own the end-to-end production process, including storyboarding, organizing shoots, prepping shot lists, and editing deliverables
Present and pitch ideas to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Stay on top of trends in food, content, and creator culture, bringing proactive recommendations forward regularly
Contribute to our evolving social playbook and help raise the creative bar across the organization
What You’ll Need    A genuine passion for food, beauty and lifestyle , with a strong understanding of the trends, creators and cultural conversations shaping these categories.
Demonstrated ability to concept, shoot, and edit social-first content independently
Exceptional video editing skills, with a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound, transitions, text and platform-native editing styles.
Ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content quickly, particularly for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels and other short-form formats.
Be comfortable driving to and between retail locations across the GTA as required for shoots and content opportunities.
And as needed, maintain a regular in-office presence, aligned with Loblaw Agency’s hybrid working expectations.
Flex between stores, office and shoot locations based on the needs of the content calendar and business.
Deep knowledge of social platforms and what content performs on each
Excellent visual storytelling instincts with an eye for detail and design
Experience as on-camera talent or behind the camera as a creator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines and levels
4+ years of experience in social media content creation or production
Post-secondary education in marketing, media, or a related field
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, Canva) and familiarity with social management and…
