Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in executing fundraising strategies

• Enhance mid-level donor pathways and engagement

• Supervise capital campaign fundraising efforts

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in fundraising with proven success

• Experience leading fundraising professionals

• Proficiency in CRM, especially Raiser’s Edge

• Knowledge of budget management and fundraising strategy

• Required CFRE designation and graduate education
