Key Responsibilities- Foster authentic relationships with teens from various backgrounds
- Support planning and execution of dynamic NCSY programming
- Engage actively during programs to ensure participant involvement
- Monitor and improve program effectiveness through feedback
- Assist in logistical coordination for successful program delivery
- Enthusiastic about Jewish education and youth engagement
- Proven interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Organized and proactive in identifying opportunities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
- Experience with event planning and coordination
