Drive impactful donor engagement as a Donor Events Specialist at Baycrest Foundation. This role focuses on cultivating major gifts through meticulously planned donor events to deepen relationships and enhance stewardship.
The position of Donor Events Specialist involves supporting high-profile donor engagement activities in line with Baycrest's mission to improve aging and brain health. You'll collaborate with the Major Gifts Team to develop personalized event experiences that resonate with donor interests. Ensuring exceptional execution and relationship-building, you'll contribute significantly to donor stewardship and the pipeline for major gifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of donor cultivation events
• Design events as stewardship tools for major gifts
• Prepare run-of-show documents and event logistics
• Interact directly with influential donors at events
• Track donor engagement and event participation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in donor relations or significant fundraising events
• Experience managing event logistics and budgets
• Familiarity with CRM systems for donor interactions
• Ability to ensure high professionalism and discretion
This role requires strong event management skills and a commitment to enhancing donor relationships with impactful experiences.
