Volunteer Management Intern at TIFF

You'll provide critical support through mentorship and development programs to ensure volunteers excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and coordinate volunteer role descriptions for distribution

• Assist with the online intake of volunteer applications

• Prepare for volunteer onboarding and scheduling

• Provide administrative support, including email and meeting minutes

• Facilitate training sessions for volunteers

Requirements:

• Proficient in Keynote, Word, and Excel

• Strong communication skills across various mediums

• Experience with online database management is beneficial

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
