In the role of Foundation Coordinator, you will focus on supporting the planning and strategy of impactful programs aimed at underserved communities. This position demands organizational excellence, the ability to manage diverse teams, and a proactive approach to project execution. You will report directly to the Foundation Manager, ensuring initiatives align with the organization’s mission and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning community workshops and grants

• Organize program logistics and event coordination

• Engage with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers

• Track program progress and implement feedback processes

• Help maintain the Foundation’s website and online presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and substantive nonprofit experience

• Fluency in French and English required

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently

• Comfortable with ever-changing priorities

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and Air table
