Position: Full-time Youth Outreach Worker at MLSE
Become a Youth Outreach Worker with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and make a real difference! Engage and support youth facing barriers through impactful MLSE Launch Pad programs.

This critical role involves collaborating with youth aged 6 to 29 in Toronto's underserved communities. You’ll identify their needs, support their growth, and provide access to essential services. The position emphasizes strengths-based, trauma-informed practices that help youth forge sustainable pathways towards positive life outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and build relationships with youth

• Identify barriers and offer one-on-one advocacy

• Connect youth to programs, jobs, and resources

• Implement community outreach initiatives and workshops

• Coordinate with community partners for joint activities

Requirements:

• Completed diploma in Social Services or related field

• 1-2 years’ experience in working with youth

• Certification in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid

• Able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Understanding of youth challenges and community dynamics
