Reporting to the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Jewish identity through targeted programs and strategic partnerships. Your insights will drive community capacity building and address issues related to affordability and inclusion within the engagement ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies for impactful Jewish education and experiences
• Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and leaders
• Oversee a substantial grantmaking portfolio with clear metrics
• Facilitate innovative collaborations across the community
• Evaluate programs and support grassroots engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree essential;
Master's degree advantageous
• 5-10 years' experience in Jewish community leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of Jewish community dynamics
• Proven experience in program and grant management
Contribute to the vibrancy and sustainability of Jewish identity and community engagement through decisive leadership at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.
