Manager of Leadership Giving

Lead transformative philanthropic initiatives at CAMH Foundation as the Manager of Leadership Giving. In this role, you will encourage generous support to promote mental health solutions and awareness across Canada.

This full-time position is based in Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement, involving two days per week onsite. You will oversee the vital Leadership Giving program and engage with various donor segments. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and connect with leadership donors to ensure impactful contributions that support CAMH's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic management of Leadership Giving initiatives

• Develop engagement processes for varying donor levels

• Foster donor migration pathways into major gifts

• Maintain active management of donor portfolios

• Collaborate with teams for seamless donor interactions

Requirements:

• Background in fundraising and donor relations

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Skills in strategy development and execution

• Knowledge of mental health issues and advocacy

• At least two years of managerial experience in a related field
