AGO Associate Director of Gift Planning

Drive strategic growth in Planned Giving at The Art Gallery of Ontario as Associate Director. Cultivate lasting donor relationships and elevate estate gift initiatives.

As the Associate Director, you will play a key role in shaping AGO's Planned Giving offerings and engaging our community of supporters. Your leadership will ensure that gifts are managed effectively and aligned with organizational priorities, fulfilling the philanthropic vision for the future. Collaborate closely with Development colleagues to inspire both current and potential donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement Planned Giving initiatives

• Cultivate relationships with legacy and estate donors

• Oversee the AGO Legacy Circle activities

• Advise on tax-efficient charitable giving

• Ensure efficient administration of donor gifts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising and planned giving

• In-depth knowledge of estate planning laws

• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building

• Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through

• Experience with donor management databases
