Senior Manager, Campaigns and Investor Relations

Become part of Fred Victor's mission in Toronto as the Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Campaigns, focusing on raising funds to combat homelessness. This position offers a hybrid work model and a chance to create significant community impact.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Special Projects and manage fundraising strategies for the Make It Home campaign, which aims to create over 200 affordable homes. Your expertise in impact investing and ability to cultivate partnerships will be vital for this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design of community bond campaigns

• Serve as the primary liaison with community capital consultants

• Develop comprehensive investor engagement strategies

• Build visibility for the campaign at sector events

• Coordinate with government and foundation partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (Master’s preferred)

• 3–5 years in investor relations or fundraising roles

• Proven experience in community bonds or similar products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
