Major Gifts Fundraiser

Drive major fundraising initiatives as a Major Gifts Fundraiser at UNICEF Canada. Based in Toronto, you will leverage your expertise to foster donor relationships that create lasting impact for children across the globe.

This full-time role offers a chance to manage relationships with high-value donors and prospects in Ontario, specifically the Greater Toronto area. You will work towards securing over $1.5 million annually through targeted engagement, stewardship, and by creating tailored donor proposals that align with UNICEF’s mission. Your contributions will play a vital role in sustaining life-saving programs for children worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage major donor portfolios

• Identify and solicit new high-value prospects

• Create compelling proposals for fundraising

• Engage with networks of volunteers and community leaders

• Collaborate effectively across teams for donor integration

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant fundraising experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and management skills

• Proficient verbal and written communication

• Experience with donor management systems

• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
