In this dynamic role, you will coordinate youth engagement strategies and oversee positive program experiences at MLSE Launch Pad. Reporting directly to the Manager of Engagement, your abilities in organization and relationship-building will contribute to school partnerships and program implementations. You'll work closely with community members and internal teams to foster a culture of inclusiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute youth engagement strategies for MLSE Launch Pad

• Maintain relationships with local schools for successful excursions

• Generate promotional materials for programs and events

• Support planning of youth volunteerism and special initiatives

• Lead the MLSE Launch Pad Youth Advisory Committee

Requirements:

• 3+ years in community engagement or youth outreach roles

• Strong experience in program development and support

• Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and ages

• Track record of supervising staff and volunteers

• Commitment to anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices
