Right To Food is seeking an exceptional leader to succeed Nick Saul as CEO, driving its mission to advance food security nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of leadership experience in mission-focused organizations, exceptional fundraising skills, and a deep understanding of poverty and food insecurity. You will collaborate closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen operations and elevate the organization’s influence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute long-term strategic direction
• Lead fundraising and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Ensure financial sustainability and operational effectiveness
• Partner with the Board for governance and strategy
• Advocate for systemic change in food security
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven track record in major gift fundraising
• Strong understanding of social justice issues
• Experience navigating Canadian nonprofit landscape
• Successful experience in organizational transitions
