This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in community relationships. Focus on fundraising, building partnerships, and embedding social initiatives that support Intrepid’s mission of positive change. Collaborate across teams to implement impactful practices and drive both local and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen The Intrepid Foundation through partner support
• Craft and deliver compelling funding proposals to stakeholders
• Champion environmental and social initiatives within the organization
• Shape and oversee impact strategies across the Americas
• Foster a sense of community within Intrepid's operations
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in a nonprofit, charitable, or philanthropic role
• Demonstrated relationship management in business development
• Experience in meeting fundraising and budgetary goals
• Understanding of business’s environmental and social impact
• Passion for responsible travel and community engagement
