Senior Donor Engagement Officer

Join Daily Bread Food Bank as a Senior Development Officer focused on Donor Engagement. This impactful role emphasizes donor stewardship and outreach in a hybrid work environment.

In this 18-month contract, you will oversee donor journeys, manage stewardship processes, and coordinate engagement activities. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, this position requires at least 3 years of donor relations experience and strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality donor interactions. You will engage with donors through events and tailored communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of donor journeys

• Oversee donor acknowledgment communication processes

• Execute stewardship fulfillment aligned with donor preferences

• Build relationships to enhance reporting and recognition

• Lead logistical execution of donor engagement events

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of donor relations experience

• Proven project management and organizational skills

• Strong communication abilities tailored for diverse audiences

• Experienced with Raiser’s Edge or comparable CRM

• Solutions-oriented and detail-focused team player
