Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day REaL program activities independently

• Develop work plans and performance targets for growth

• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities effectively

• Coordinate outreach, camps, and events for students

• Ensure accurate program documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in relevant field

• Three years of program coordination or project management experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proven fundraising and relationship-building abilities

• Experience with financial tracking and program evaluation
