Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual prospect qualification plans

• Lead proactive donor discovery and qualification efforts

• Assess prospective donors for capacity and readiness

• Collaborate with colleagues on lead identification and tracking

• Provide regular pipeline reporting to support fundraising strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in fundraising or related fields

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
