Position: Donor Services Coordinator at Tyndale

In this pivotal role, you will support Tyndale's External Relations department by managing donor communications and maintaining the donor database. Your key responsibilities will include creating donor correspondence, assisting with annual reports, and providing training on the CRM system. Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of fundraising systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with donors for customer service support

• Create donor acknowledgments and update databases

• Assist in generating annual donor reports

• Maintain the integrity of donor database

• Provide training and support for database users

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with fundraising databases like Raisers Edge

• Proven customer service and organizational skills

• Understanding of Canadian churches and denominations
