This role offers flexible shifts and does not require prior fundraising experience.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our street and door-to-door fundraising teams. As a Professional Fundraiser, you will represent nonprofit organizations focused on mental health, healthcare, humanitarian relief, and human rights. This is a dynamic role where you'll inspire individuals to contribute as monthly donors while honing valuable communication and public-speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Start conversations with the public to share nonprofit missions
• Inspire monthly donations from individual donors
• Work actively towards team fundraising goals
• Develop confidence and communication skills
• Collaborate within a supportive fundraising team
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers
• Resilience in face of rejection
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
