Position: Temporary Full-Time Critical Care RN

In this role, you will report directly to the Critical Care Manager and engage deeply in patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will involve caring for surgical and medical patients requiring essential monitoring. You will also be tasked with documenting all patient care digitally while actively participating in committees whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to acutely ill patients in critical situations

• Implement hemodynamic monitoring and ventilation strategies

• Develop care plans with a focus on patient-centered approaches

• Use computerized systems for care documentation

• Participate in committee work and project teams

Requirements:

• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 2 years in critical care environments

• Critical Care Certificate is a prerequisite

• Basic computer knowledge and good problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills and effective teamwork abilities
