With a background in DeSouza courses, you’ll coordinate and deliver treatments while ensuring patient safety and education throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safe chemotherapy and biotherapy administration

• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Collaborate for comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation through computerized systems

• Mentor and lead nursing colleagues and students

Requirements:

• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years of oncology experience required

• DeSouza Certification in Chemotherapy is essential

• Excellent interpersonal communication and assessment skills

• Proven organizational skills and self-reliance
