As a Clinical Office Supervisor, you will oversee Community Nurses and Unregulated Community Support Staff, ensuring compliance with practice standards and company protocols. Your expertise in clinical care interventions will help create safe and ethical patient experiences. This role involves regular team meetings, addressing patient concerns, and supporting staff through coaching and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with standards
• Handle patient and staff concerns through effective communication
• Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one meetings
• Lead patient incident investigations and document outcomes
• Collaborate on clinical documentation per funder guidelines
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong patient health assessment skills
• Proven leadership in nursing team management
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
