In this leadership role, you will supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care standards are upheld rence Psychiatric Center. Responsible for developing staffing schedules and preparing optimal plans, your guidance will make a significant impact on patient outcomes and nursing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Develop and monitor daily nursing staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with established nursing care standards
• Prepare staffing plans for delivering optimal care
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York State
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Experience in working with mental illness or addiction
Lead impactful care and support mental health initiatives as a Registered Nurse Supervisor rence Psychiatric Center.
