Position: Geriatric Care RN at Baycrest Hospital

This temporary full-time RN role is designed for nurses looking to make a significant impact in geriatric care. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a clinical expert while providing health care services

• Administer medications and evaluate nursing interventions

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Address clients' recreational and spiritual needs

• Maintain continuity of care throughout the hospital

Requirements:

• Must have current CNO registration

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Experienced in geriatric care preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
