We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing healthcare team. The role involves providing professional nursing support and wellness services directly to patients in home settings within the GTA.

• Provide nursing assessments and patient support in residential settings
• Deliver care and clinical services within professional scope of practice
• Support post-operative recovery and patient care needs
• Communicate professionally with patients
• Maintain compliance with healthcare and privacy standards

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Active Professional Liability Protection insurance
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel within the GTA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
