Reporting directly to the Senior Clinical Program Director, this position emphasizes enhancing patient care through effective educational programs. You will facilitate the professional development of nursing and support staff across various units, ensuring that evidence-based practices are integrated into daily care. This role encourages a culture of lifelong learning and quality improvement within the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and design education to build nursing competencies
• Collaborate in developing and implementing corporate initiatives
• Participate in research supporting nursing education advances
• Facilitate feedback for continuous clinical performance improvement
• Evaluate educational effectiveness and revise as necessary
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in Ontario, General Class
• Master’s degree in nursing or education, or in progress
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Certifications in Chemotherapy and B.C.L.S. required
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
