In this RN role, you will oversee nursing care and staff while fostering a supportive community environment. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to address residents’ evolving needs and ensure compliance with care policies. Your clinical knowledge will aid in maintaining high standards and enhancing nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of nursing staff
• Communicate changes in resident health to physicians
• Record and document significant health updates
• Administer and manage medications per residence policies
• Facilitate shift reports and coordination among teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing essential
• Registered in good standing with nursing board
• Familiarity with long-term care laws and guidelines
• Experience with in geriatric or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
Support residents’ holistic care while leading a dedicated team to uphold nursing excellence.
