At Women’s College Hospital, we prioritize women’s health and equitable patient care. The selected candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including patient assessments, care planning, and interprofessional coordination. Emphasizing critical thinking and compassionate leadership, this role aims to enhance the quality of care delivered to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans
• Document critical health and social histories accurately
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff
• Assist in creating and updating nursing policies
• Engage in community outreach to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent critical care/medical-surgical experience required
• BCLS certification mandatory
• Ability to work independently and within a team
