In this pivotal role, you will manage Community Nurses and Unregulated Community Support Staff, ensuring adherence to clinical practice standards. This position offers an opportunity to enhance your clinical skills while fostering strong relationships with patients. In addition, you will provide training and support to your team, ensuring an ethical, quality-driven care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing staff to maintain quality care standards
• Address concerns from patients, families, and team members
• Facilitate regular meetings for ongoing staff support
• Manage patient safety investigations diligently
• Collaborate on clinical documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 5 years of nursing experience required
• Excellent health assessment and organizational skills
• Proven team leadership and management experience
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
