Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments
• Administer medications, including injections and IV therapy
• Perform diagnostic procedures like blood tests
• Educate patients on care and medication management
• Document all care and treatment in electronic health records
Requirements:
• RPN with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
• Police Criminal Record Check required
• Strong communication and professionalism skills
