Registered Nurse in Critical Care Unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments for critically ill patients

• Execute nursing interventions and patient education

• Advocate for patients, strengthening family connections

• Work with healthcare professionals to ensure patient outcomes

• Contribute to quality improvement projects and initiatives
Requirements:

• Valid registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Critical Care Certificate or equivalent experience required

• At least 2-3 years in clinical critical care preferred

• Current BCLS and preferred ACLS certification

• Commitment to ongoing critical care education
