Key Responsibilities:

• Implement policies collaboratively with nursing teams

• Liaise with physicians regarding resident care

• Support health team in meeting care needs

• Direct Personal Support Workers effectively

• Contribute during shift reports for updates
Requirements:

• Proficient in geriatric and long-term care practices

• Current nursing competence certification required

• Knowledge of health care regulations and acts

• Good standing membership with nursing authority

• Previous experience in rehabilitation nursing favored
