Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goal-directed nursing care to residents

• Communicate effectively with residents and families

• Evaluate care plans and implement necessary changes

• Mentor unregulated care providers and guide their practices

• Maintain accurate clinical assessments and documentation
Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge

• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
