Lead as a Clinical Research Registered Nurse, dedicated to high-quality care in early-phase clinical trials. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory protocols and participant safety.
The ideal RN will oversee healthy volunteers and patients in a research setting, carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring for adverse effects. You will compile thorough documentation, educate participants on trial activities, and help maintain adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Key Responsibilities:
• Administer investigational products in line with protocols
• Conduct vital assessments, ECGs, and physical exams
• Monitor participants for adverse reactions
• Manage collection of biological samples according to protocols
• Document all findings accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Ontario required
• BSN preferred; 1-2 years relevant clinical experience
• Background in clinical research or Phase 1 trials preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications necessary
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
