Acute Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

Become a vital part of Women’s College Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Ambulatory Care Unit. This temporary full-time role offers a chance to provide exceptional, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient vital signs and histories

• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet care standards

• Delegate clinical tasks in the absence of the Resource Nurse

• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

• Current Ontario nursing registration required

• Recent critical care experience required

• BCLS and Cardiology certifications required

• Strong assessment and communication skills necessary
