As a vital member of Sienna Senior Living, the Registered Practical Nurse plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will ensure nursing practices align with established policies and provide excellent personal care. This role requires effective communication and teamwork to foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care following established policies and physician orders

• Deliver exemplary nursing and personal care to residents

• Create supportive environments through effective team communication

• Oversee resident care and provide guidance to staff

• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior care is preferred

• Strong judgment skills and risk identification

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
