Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients pre and post-surgery

• Educate patients and families on procedures and care

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on patient care

• Advocate for patient needs within the Operating Room

• Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques during procedures
Requirements:

• Current Ontario Registration with the College of Nurses

• B.C.L.S. certification required

• Completion of a postgraduate O.R. certificate

• Recent relevant Operating Room experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
