Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing interventions including medication management

• Address client needs within an interdisciplinary team

• Revise care plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Preferred experience in geriatric care

• Familiarity with mental health assessments beneficial

• Proficient computer skills in Meditech and MS Office
