Key Responsibilities:

• Execute evidence-based nursing practices

• Deliver personalized care to clients in their homes

• Conduct health assessments and create care plans

• Implement and monitor wound care initiatives

• Maintain compliance with all health regulations

Requirements:

• Graduated from accredited nursing school with active RN registration

• NSWOC certification strongly preferred

• Minimum two years’ experience in wound care

• Current CPR certification

• Clear criminal background and TB test required
