Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for geriatric patients
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately using computerized systems
• Participate in leadership activities and committee work
• Mentor nursing students and new staff effectively
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Recent BCLS certification and 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving
