Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care in accordance with policies and plans
• Collaborate with physicians for condition follow-ups
• Offer nursing consultations to residents and families
• Analyze care outcomes for continuous improvement
• Address resident and family concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Essential experience in gerontology
• Advanced healthcare management skills required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
